Ingredients:
1/2 head chinese cabbage, shredded1 small head Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced2 cups snow pea pods, stem tips cut off1 cup red cabbage, shredded2 carrots, shredded1/2 cup Jicama, sliced into bite size pieces1/2 cup chopped scallions2 cups cooked turkey, chopped2 tablespoons toasted Sesame Oil1/4 cup Brown Rice Vinegar1 tablespoon grated fresh Ginger Root3 tablespoons canola oil1 teaspoon dry mustarddrizzle of honey

| Instructions: |
| Put all the dressing ingredients in a small jar, shake vigorously then set aside.
In a large bowl, put the cabbages, lettuce, snow peas, jicima, scallions, carrots and turkey, toss well.
When ready to serve, add dressing and toss again.
Serve immediately.
